After tackling the desert heat of Dubai and the punishing environment of the Nurburgring Nordschleife, AMG - Team BLACK FALCON’s 2016 campaign moved to the mecca of motorsport, Italy’s Autodromo Nazionale Monza. The opening round of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup netted the team’s Mercedes-AMG GT3 a pair of solid sixth-place class finishes after a hard-fought three-hour race that was packed with incident.

Meuspath/Nürburgring. At the qualifying for the 24 hour race at the Nürburgring, BLACK FALCON was able to celebrate several achievements at once. The AMG-Team BLACK FALCON managed to qualify both Mercedes-AMG GT3 cars for the Top-30-Qualifying, while BLACK FALCON Team TMD Friction could celebrate three places on the podium.

Meuspath. AMG Performance Team Black Falcon achieved third place overall with the new Mercedes AMG GT3 at VLN´s season opener. Three out of four Porsches scored a podium with one even taking class victory. 

Seven vehicles from two manufacturers in five classes – that’s Black Falcon’s ambitious line-up for a new and promising season in the VLN Endurance Championship Nürburgring. In 2016, the racing team from Meuspath is again providing its customers with a full range of sports cars: from the low-cost, yet cutting-edge Porsche Cayman in the V5 class to the new top model from Mercedes, the AMG GT3. Once again, “customer sports at the highest level” is Black Falcon’s motto in the 2016 season too!
