BLACK FALCON is one of the most professional and successful racing teams in international motorsport. 
From our base right next to the Nürburgring, we field racing cars raging from GT4 and Cup cars right through to GT3s.
We are constantly developing in technical, sporting and organisational terms.
To this end, we are looking for experienced and motivated new recruits to join our workshop and race support teams. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Building, modifying and optimising racing cars
  • Preparing our GT4, Cup and GT3 cars for races and test sessions
  • Providing technical support during national and international racing events 
  • Maintenance, repair and overhaul work
  • Implementing and adjusting vehicle set-ups
  • Diagnosing and maintaining vehicle electrical and electronic systems
  • Repairing accident damage, right through to complete rebuilds
  • Preparing spare parts, tools and technical equipment
  • Working closely with engineers, drivers and the entire race team

 

Your profile 

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an automotive mechatronics technician or motor vehicle mechanic
  • Experience in motorsport or in building high-performance vehicles would be an advantage 
  • Very good technical understanding and high standards of quality 
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Reliability, resilience and flexibility with regard to working hours 
  • Strong team spirit and loyalty 
  • Willingness to work at weekends and travel
  • Catergory B driving licence
  • Knowledge of English, as well as a trailer and truck driving licence, would be an advantage

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Administrator (m/f/d) who can manage day-to-day HR operations 
in a reliable, structured and service-oriented manner. You will support our staff from recruitment and onboarding
through day-to-day administration to departure, ensuring that all HR-related processes run smoothly in 
our day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements
  • Candidate management (pre-selection, scheduling, communication)
  • Conducting interviews alongside department heads and senior management 
  • Organising and delivering a structured onboarding programme
  • Expanding recruitment channels (e.g. social media, professional networks, schools, universities)

 

HR Administration & Contracts

  • Drafting employment contracts, supplementary agreements and reference letters 
  • Maintaining and managing personnel data and personnel files
  • Overseeing time recording as well as holiday, sickness and absence management
  • Preparing and submitting all payroll-related data to the tax adviser on a monthly basis,
    as well as clarifying operational queries
  • Administrative tasks within human resources

 

Employee Support & Communication

  • Point of contact for employees, team leaders and senior management
  • Organising staff appraisals, feedback sessions and team events

 

People Development & Culture 

  • Identifying training and development needs
  • Planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops and qualification programmes
  • Fostering team spirit, motivation and long-term staff retention
  • Supporting HR projects (e.g. process optimisation, digital tools)
  • Participating in strategy meetings with senior management
  • Developing measures and recommendations for action
  • Administrative tasks in the office 

 

Your Profile 

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an HR Administrator or Office Administrator,
    with experience in Human Resources.
  • Professional experience in human resources, ideally in a dynamic environment
    (e.g. motorsport, events, automotive, services)
  • Confident handling of employment law, contracts and HR processes 
  • Experience in recruitment and employee support 
  • A structured, reliable and discreet approach to work 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Initiative and a hands-on approach
  • Enthusiasm for motorsport and teamwork
  • Fluent in German and English
