Nürburgring Endurance Series - Preview Season 2021   

BLACK FALCON will start at the first round of the 2021 Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) next Saturday (27.03.2021) after the - Corona-caused - so far longest winter break. The team from Meuspath was able to put together a promising program for the season on the legendary Nürburgring-Nordschleife over the winter. BLACK FALCON will compete in all NLS rounds with four to five Porsche and Mercedes-AMG cars.

IDENTICA and BLACK FALCON continue SP-PRO commitment
This year, BLACK FALCON Team IDENTICA is once again spearheading the BLACK FALCON NLS campaign. The 500+ hp Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR is already going into its second season as GT3 hunter in the SP-PRO class and will be driven by Noah Nagelsdiek, Florian Naumann and Hendrik von Danwitz in all races. Naumann was already successful for BLACK FALCON last season at the Nürburgring 24-hour race and celebrated class victory in the Porsche Cayman GT4 class (CUP3). Nagelsdiek and von Danwitz are new to the team, but are also successful Nordschleife drivers. Nagelsdiek already achieved CUP3 class victory at the 2019 24-hour race, while von Danwitz won the CUP3 championship in the NLS the same year. The three drivers are now taking the next step with the IDENTICA program, which is designed to prepare them for future stints in professional GT3 racing, a step that several former BLACK FALCON Team IDENTICA drivers have already achieved. At the NLS season highlight, the 6-hour race, the trio will be supported by BLACK FALCON Carrera Cup driver Carlos Rivas.

BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR features a diverse line-up of cars
The cooperation between BLACK FALCON and TEXTAR is now in its eleventh year. As in previous years, the BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR will compete with several vehicles in different classes.
In the SP8T class, BLACK FALCON again relies on the Mercedes-AMG GT4, which can show its full performance potential in this class. Mustafa Mehmet Kaya, Gabriele Piana and Mike Stursberg will use this car to participate in an extensive Nordschleife program with up to seven races. Another AMG GT4 will be used from the 2nd NLS race and will be driven by Stephan Rösler and Marco Müller among others.
In the SP10 class for cars in accordance with SRO GT4 regulations, BLACK FALCON will field a Porsche Cayman GT4 CS in all NLS rounds. At the beginning of the season it will be driven by "Iceman", Carsten Palluth and Tobias Wahl. Later in the season Martin Meenen will also get behind the wheel of the TEXTAR Cayman.
In six of the nine races of the season, a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR will also be running in the SP7 class. The car in red and black design will be shared by Dutchmen Paul Harkema and Niels Langeveld.

We were able to attract promising drivers for the IDENTICA project, to whom we offer a great stage with the Cup MR in the SP-PRO. With the Team TEXTAR cars we can regularly finish far in front in all classes. After a sporting successful Corona year 2020 we are looking forward to the upcoming season and of course hope that little by little fans and our partners will be able to join us again. We are well prepared and eagerly await the start of the season on the Nordschleife."
