BLACK FALCON will be competing in the 24h race at the Nürburgring for the 16th time this coming weekend. At the major season highlight, the team from Meuspath will be competing with three top-class vehicles in three different classes. At the head of the field is the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR (#350) of BLACK FALCON Team IDENTICA in the SP-PRO class. In the SP8T class, the Mercedes-AMG GT4 (#36) will start for BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR. The line-up is completed by the TEXTAR Porsche Cayman GT4 (#308) in the CUP3 class.

BLACK FALCON Team IDENTICA (#350)
BLACK FALCON Team IDENTICA can look back on a perfect record at the Nürburgring 24h race. In the first two years, the team celebrated two victories (2018, 2019) in the SP10 class of GT4 cars with the IDENTICA Mercedes-AMG GT4. Last year, the team competed for the first time with the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR SP-PRO and won the SP-PRO class. This year, the team is putting its trust in the 500-plus hp Porsche again. Noah Nagelsdiek, Florian Naumann, Carlos Rivas and Hendrik von Danwitz take turns at the wheel of car number 350. As in the previous year, the goal is to leave as many of the significantly more powerful GT3 cars behind as possible.

BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR (#36 and #308)
As in the previous year, BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR will send two cars into the 24h race. The Mercedes-AMG GT4 with the starting number 36 will start in the SP8T class, the most powerful class for vehicles with turbochargers. Mustafa Mehmet Kaya, Gabriele Piana, Mike Stursberg and Ersin Yücesan take turns at the wheel. In the NLS, the team with the regular crew Kaya/Piana/Stursberg has so far secured both class victories and therefore enters the race as the big favorites. The second TEXTAR vehicle, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 CS with starting number 308, will be driven by Alexander Akimenkov, "Iceman", Vasilii Selivanov and Tobias Wahl. The quartet already celebrated class victory at the 24h qualifying race four weeks ago. The strong team has its sights firmly set on the podium in the highly competitive CUP3 class, in which only Porsche Cayman GT4 cars are allowed.

About the 24h - race
The legendary 24-hour race at the Nürburgring is the annual highlight on the Nordschleife calendar. The 25.378-kilometer combination of Grand Prix circuit (without Mercedes Arena) and Nordschleife is used. At this year's 49th edition of the classic, more than 125 vehicles will be on the grid to tackle what is arguably the toughest race in motorsport at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. The 24-hour race will be broadcast by free-TV station RTL Nitro as well as via livestream around the clock.In addition, the event website https://live.black-falcon.de will be available around the BLACK FALCON vehicles from Friday.
