BLACK FALCON with eight class wins, two early championship titles and a fourth overall podium finish in the 2026 season

BLACK FALCON put in a commanding performance across the board at the Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie (NLS) ‘double-header weekend’ – which featured a 4-hour race on both Saturday and Sunday – and secured a string of remarkable results. In addition to eight class victories and three further podium finishes, the team was able to secure two championship titles ahead of schedule, thus crowning an impressive season even before the final race. The best individual result in the overall standings was achieved by 48 LOSCH Motorsport by BLACK FALCON, who finished third in the overall standings at Sunday’s NLS 9 in their Porsche 911 GT3 R #48 and, thanks to two further class victories, also secured the SP9 PRO-AM Championship title. The same applies to their team mates at BLACK FALCON Team EAE, who have been crowned champions of the 2026 SP9 AM Championship ahead of schedule thanks to two further victories.
48 LOSCH Motorsport by Black FALCON
Patrick Assenheimer, Tobias Müller and Dylan Pereira once again put in an impressive performance in the Porsche 911 GT3 R #48 at NLS races 8 and 9. Having already secured a strong sixth place overall and victory in the SP9 PRO-AM class on Saturday in consistently dry conditions, the trio really stepped it up a gear on Sunday. As early as qualifying, they secured a brilliant second place on the grid in the overall standings for the LOSCH 911 GT3 R with a lap time of 7:51.980 minutes, missing out on pole position by a mere 0.023 seconds. In the race, they then put in an impressive performance despite heavy rain setting in and severe aquaplaning, whilst also leading the field for several kilometres. All in all, thanks to a sound team strategy, Assenheimer, Müller and Pereira secured a strong third place overall as well as another victory in the SP9 PRO-AM class.
Thanks to this success, 48 LOSCH Motorsport by BLACK FALCON secured the SP9 PRO-AM Championship title with the Porsche 911 GT3 R #48 in its very first year following promotion to the GT3 category. The team came out on top in its class on five occasions and finished on the overall podium four times in its maiden GT3 season.
BLACK FALCON Team EAE
Following a strong season and numerous battles at the very highest level, the BLACK FALCON Team EAE has secured the SP9 AM Championship title ahead of schedule with its fifth class victory. Alongside Arrow, Kaya and Stursberg, Gabriele Piana also made a significant contribution to the team’s success this season, although he was unable to take part in the double-header due to a clash of commitments.
Beaming faces were also evident in the BLACK FALCON Team EAE following the NLS ‘double-header’. Daan Arrow, Mustafa Mehmet Kaya and Mike Stursberg put in an impressive performance in both races in the Porsche 911 GT3 R #5 and were rewarded with two class victories in the SP9 AM category. The trio of drivers went one better on Sunday than their already impressive eleventh place in the overall standings on Saturday, crossing the finish line in eighth place overall whilst successfully braving the difficult weather conditions.

BLACK FALCON Team ZIMMERMANN
The BLACK FALCON Team ZIMMERMANN were also in contention for class victory at Sunday’s NLS 9. Although Alexander Hardt, Benjamin Hites and Benjamin Koslowski were narrowly beaten by a fellow driver from the same manufacturer during the ‘rain roulette’ in the closing stages, the team still secured 18 vital points in the battle for the PETN Championship with their second place and the fastest lap of the race; as a result, the BLACK FALCON Team ZIMMERMANN has now taken the lead following the ‘double-header’. However, the lead at the top of the table is a mere 1.5 points, meaning the title will not be decided until the NLS season finale on 10 October.
Having already secured class victory at the 6-hour race in August, the BLACK FALCON Team ZIMMERMANN built seamlessly on this success at NLS 8 on Saturday. During the first stint, Alexander Hardt, Benjamin Hites and Benjamin Koslowski took the lead in the CUP2 class in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup #900 and safely held on to it until the end of the four-hour race.
The BLACK FALCON Team ZIMMERMANN were also in contention for class victory at Sunday’s NLS 9. Team LIQUI MOLY by BLACK FALCON
With a third-place finish in the CUP2 class at NLS 8 on Saturday, the LIQUI MOLY by BLACK FALCON secured another podium finish. Furthermore, Ryan Harrison, Raphael Rennhofer and Leon Wassertheurer had once again secured the bonus point for pole position in qualifying. At the NLS 9 on Sunday, however, the trio of drivers lacked the necessary luck in the race, despite securing pole position once again. Following contact with the crash barrier whilst on slick tyres as heavy rain set in, the team were forced to retire their Porsche 911 GT3 Cup #902 early due to radiator damage. Although this retirement means the trio can no longer mathematically win the PETN Championship, a top-three finish is still possible for the three youngsters after a strong season. They currently sit in fourth place in the PETN standings.

Jimmy Broadbent, Steve Brown, Misha Charoudin and Manuel Metzger not only secured a commanding victory in the AT2 class in the BLACK FALCON Team FANATEC’s Porsche 911 GT3 Cup #632 at Sunday’s NLS 9, but also achieved their best result of the season so far with 15th place in the overall standings. What’s more, the quartet of drivers also piloted the fourth-best Porsche Cup car across all classes in the entire field – a strong result, particularly given the difficult, mixed conditions. In Saturday’s NLS 8 race, the four were also on course for victory in the AT2 class until they were forced to retire the car on the final lap due to an engine problem.
The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup #632 took to the track at the NLS ‘double-header’ sporting a completely new design, which had emerged from the FANATEC / BLACK FALCON livery competition.
AV Racing by BLACK FALCON
AV Racing by BLACK FALCON also continued its successful run in the 2026 season. In Saturday’s race, Manuel Metzger, Russ Turner and Alexandru Vasilescu secured pole position and went on to win the race in the SP10 class in the BMW M4 GT4 #177. The following day, the trio were successful once again, finishing second in the SP10 class and thereby extending their lead in the SP10 championship standings. Furthermore, they triumphed in the SP10 AM category ahead of their American team-mates Judson Holt, David Ogburn and Denny Stripling (BMW M4 GT4 #180), who finished second, thus completing the one-two. In the NLS 8 the previous day, however, the #180 car failed to score any points due to a puncture.
